-  Graduated from University of Minnesota with BS degrees in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.
- Moved to Alaska in 1985 and retired from Alyeska Pipeline Service Company in 2019.
- Began volunteering with AWBRC in 2007. Board member and officer since 2010.
- Enjoy birding and travel associated with birding. Active in Mat-Su Birders club.
